Construction Milestones from Coker Place
Our first homeowners have officially moved in and settled into life at Coker Place, with two more households close behind. Another move-in and an anticipated mid-August closing will bring even more life to our second completed townhome building.
As new neighbors arrive, they are already making the most of their surroundings, from nearby trails to picnics and casual get-togethers in the newly opened community park & playground.

Across the site, the finishing touches are helping Coker Place feel increasingly connected. Landscaping is filling in, benches are in place and recreation areas offer space for neighbors of all ages to gather.
The next addition? A shaded pergola planned for weekend picnics, evening sips and plenty of time spent outside as the temperatures begin to cool.
The first Coker Place condos are also preparing to take shape. Slabs for the first condo building are expected to be poured before the end of summer, while two additional condo buildings are prepped and ready for vertical construction.
These new residences will introduce even more floor plan and price point options for buyers planning a 2027 move.
Reservations are already filling for the first condos, which will feature generous living spaces and EV-ready garages. Buyers who reserve early may also have the opportunity to personalize available selections and make their future residence feel more like home from the start.
