Exteriors Progress at the First Coker Place Townhomes
Things are moving along nicely at Coker Place, and we’re excited to share the latest progress from the site. Scroll for a full update, or schedule a site tour below to see all the action up close!
WHERE WE ARE:
Several buildings are hitting major milestones, with power coming online in Building 1 this week and Building 9 close behind. Framing, windows, doors, and interior rough-ins are well underway across multiple buildings, while site work and utility coordination continue for Phase 1.
Building 1 is being energized this week, with power expected any day. Once that happens, we’ll move right into cleaning and final punch work.
Building 9 is scheduled to receive power next week.
Buildings 5 and 7 are fully framed, with windows and doors installed. Interior rough-ins are now underway.
Site work continues on the remaining townhome buildings that will complete Phase 1.
We’re wrapping up coordination with the utility provider for water service and expect that milestone to be completed soon.
WHERE WE’RE HEADED:
As utilities come online, we’ll begin cleaning and final punch work in early buildings while others shift into interior progress. Each step brings Phase 1 closer to completion and move-in-ready homes that truly reflect the vision for Coker Place.
Building 1 will shift into its finishing touches as soon as power is live.
More buildings will transition from framing into interior progress over the coming weeks.
Utilities and site infrastructure will continue coming together to support Phase 1 completion.
